Went here with a friend a few days ago. A day or so after I left, my nails started peeling off. I got a regular manicure, and I’ve never had this happen before. The staff was incredibly unattentive and unkind. When I walked in, I asked if I could sit next to my friend in the pedicure chair as they were several free pedicure massage chairs free—so that I could get a manicure while she had her pedicure, and we could chat quietly. They said no, and then they proceeded to move all my stuff to a chair. When I spoke with my friend for a few minutes before settling in, they wanted to direct me to the opposite room where I could no longer sit next to my friend, and I said that would be unacceptable and could I have a new technician please. I've resisted writing a review for quite a while because I almost wanted to keep this a secret! A gem of a masseuse works here and his name is Chris! Hands down the BEST masseuse i have ever seen (and ive been to some of the "fanciest" spas all over NYC). The 1st time I went to him within minutes I could tell he knew what he was doing. I left feeling like a brand new woman!! I recently had a horrible back injury and I wouldn't and didn't trust anyone else to work on me other than Chris. I live in the city- my family lives up here- I would come up all the way from the city just to see him. It's been about 2 months healing and Chris has seen me at my utmost worst- crying, in pain and barely walking. His kindness, attentiveness and professionalism is on a whole other level. Read several bad reviews despite always getting good quality service at CoCo's. Last night I had the pleasure of having Helen as my nail tech. She gave an excellent spa pedicure and eye brow waxing. I came in late on a Monday evening and they never made me feel rushed. The facility was extremely clean. The receptionist was lovely as well . Would have given 5 stars but their prices are higher then other area salons.

The most beautifully decorated nail salon! Very nice staff, professional and curious. I like my nails short and natural, she did an amazing job and fast! Perfect for me on my lunch hour.

Best nail expierience! I went in there for the first time yesterday because I have A bridal shower today, and personally I don't know anything about nails so I just showed a picture of what I wanted at the front desk and before i knew it I had the most perfect set of nails. The people who work there are so nice and take there time on your nails to make sure you like them. Best nail salon ever!
