I was in there yesterday 1/ I 6/26 have always had good customer service. And I brought a wig a couple of years. So I was looking for another one that I liked and I asked to try on and she said no. I said no. Well I can’t buy a wig without trying it on. But Just a couple of years ago I tried several on wigs. I don’t know they that changed their policy. But they losted a wig customer😡

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever encountered — staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. I waited far too long for assistance, and when someone finally acknowledged me, they acted like I was an inconvenience. Basic questions were met with attitude instead of answers. To make matters worse, the issue I came in for was never resolved, and no one took responsibility or offered a solution. I left feeling frustrated and completely unvalued as a customer. I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy or professionalism.

***Please read***!!!🚨🚨🚨 Disturbing Experience at Coco's Beauty Yesterday, my family and I had a truly distressing experience at Cocoa's Beauty on 103rd Street. While browsing the makeup section, my daughter was excited to show me some press-on nails she had found. I told her no and asked her to put them back. That’s when things took a very unexpected turn. I began to hear someone yelling, and after a moment, I realized the person was addressing us. It appeared to be one of the store owners. He accused my daughter of taking items from behind a locked display. I assured him that I didn’t believe that was the case. I apologized and explained that my daughter, being a little girl, might not have understood where the item belonged. I placed the item back on the counter and continued to browse
