Cobe Nails

I was in dire need of a gel polish on my nails’. I have never been to this salon before and I should have followed my first mind and visited the shop that I frequently use. I walked in last Thursday and apparently the shop was about to close because the gentleman told me that he batched the credit cards’ and that I will have to pay cash. No problem; I went to the atm and return to the shop. The gentleman was very silent but quick. I did not have a chance to scrutinize my nails prior to departing but I still gave him a five dollar tip. While I am doing my shopping, I am inspecting his work and found that all of my nails’ have small bubbles and the top coat was not evenly distributed. Got a full set less than 1 wk ago and already the acrylic is lifting. The young lady that did my nails is clearly still in school so they should charge customers accordingly. Do not waste your time or money.

My nails look terrible , i have acrylic all over my skin below where my nail starts on top . It looks like someone untrained did them. I also saw the guy pouring something out of a brown glass bottle into a clear nail polish bottle which is very questionable. The guy who sits at the reception desk also seemed to be talking down to the ladies that worked there in their language. Will never spend my money there again .

Had a horrible experience here. Went in on a weekend afternoon with my mom, it was a little busy but we had patience to wait. When we were seated, our nail tech that we had to SHARE, was going back and forth between my mom and I. He would stop multiple times to get out of his chair and handle other customers at the register. A woman came in and showed her bank statement that they charged her twice but on his system it showed that they only charged her once, even though she had the proof on her account they didn't have good customer service and let her walk away overcharged. They don’t have much polish variety for regular manicure most of the colors I chose the polish was old. I asked him if I could try a color in a nail and he got upset and said “you’re looking at it” if you paint your nails you know some colors don’t reflect the color shown in the bottle. He didn’t even clean my nails from the nails polish. He was watching his phone the whole time. When I left he said if I mess up my nails he won’t be fixing them.never againnnnnnn.
