Cloud 9 Massage and Spa

Three calls over 2 weeks. No response. Absolutely rude and a crappy way to run a business. This has to be a scam… getting their money from Groupon and not giving any services. I will be filing a complaint with Groupon and BBB.

Had a great massage with Zoe! Scheduling was not a problem at all. I felt super relaxed afterwards and she did a great job relieving tension in my upper back and neck. Thanks Zoe!

I have tried calling multiple times. And last few it states number is not available. I purchased a Groupon seven months ago and unless I walk in there is no way to book an appointment. I have been trying to book for 7 months now....

I purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute Swedish with Zoe. I have chronic neck pain due to complex medical issues I’ve had since I was a child. It took a few tries to schedule the appointment as we were playing phone tag with each other, but we did get it scheduled. The massage was today and it was absolutely fantastic. She hit all the major areas causing me issues and she checked in with me frequently to make sure the pressure was okay. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud and my constant neck pain that I suffer from is greatly reduced thanks to Zoe. I scheduled a future appointment with Zoe and can’t wait to come back.

After initial text message requesting an appointment someone did respond very professionally giving me the number of Zoe. It took a week with her prolonged responses to schedule an appointment only to cancel the night before. She said she was sick and asked what other days worked for me. I responded and she still hasn’t (3+ days) so I sent her the following message... I wish I had did a google search before purchasing these Groupons. Your communication has been horrible. People purchase massages because they need to relax. They shouldn't endure additional stress trying to schedule a appointment.
