Classy Nail Spa

Lisa saved my engagement photo nails!!! After having a horrible experience at Luxia on Trolly Rd., Lisa and her team took me right in on a busy Saturday to get my nails looking right. We did GelX with a light pink chrome and they turned out phenomenal. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back. Thank you for saving the day Lisa!!!

I’d leave zero stars here if I could. Called ahead for two pedicures and a wax for a friend and myself. They sat us next to each other, started on my friend, but 30 minutes later still hadn’t started on me. A lady sat next to me and was serviced almost immediately. Eventually they offered to take me but I’d have move multiple chairs away from my friend which defeats the purpose of going together. When I refused to move, the man wouldn’t service me. So I didn’t end up having anything done. To tell the customer 30 minutes after their appointment they have to move to get service is ridiculous. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Terrible service don’t recommend. Came in for a refill and the result was air bubble gel polish finish. In 1 and a half weeks the acrylic base started to let go of my nail and the nail polish came off way to fast. Plus I booked days before for regular polish acrylic fill in and the lady said no one was available to do regular so I was forced to do gel polish against my will.

I have been a customer at Classy Nails for more than 3 years. The service is always great, as well as the atmosphere. Lisa, To I, Lee, Old Man, Mary, Angela, and Keke are all apart of the staff here. To know each by name, and too also be known by name is nothing more than excellent customer service!!!!!!

Lee was very welcoming and accommodating! She squeezed me in for a pedicure between her scheduled patrons. She was honest when she told me she only had time for a regular pedicure when I had asked for the deluxe. She said she wouldn’t have the adequate time to do it right and would be rushing and that wouldn’t be fair to me..and I would have paid more for an incomplete service. That was very refreshing! She did a great job on my toes and I look forward to booking an appointment with her in the future.
