I don't know about quality of service but what I found out they are eager to your money. They force you to pay for unnecessary services (not covered with insurance benefits) if you want to get what you come there for. Like for me I came to install an implant and they forced me to take CBCT first for straightforward one tooth replacement and then wanted me to pay for bone grafting despite there was no need for that (they confirmed that). I found another clinic where Doctor did extraction cheaper and will do implant without those unnecessary expensive procedures not covered by dental plan. More over I was not able to use CBCT I paid 250$ for at another clinic because they didn't send a picture over and they didn't provide exe-file to be able to read it everywhere on USB-drive I got from the

My 19 year old was scheduled to have his wisdom teeth out near the end of the summer, but then the unbearable pain set in. The staff moved mountains to get him an appointment the next day, so he flew in from his college in Nashville, TN. I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Lecholop and crew for their incredible care and follow up. The office was clean and professional. The staff made us feel welcomed, informed and relaxed. My son was a little nervous and they talked with him about the anesthesia and gave him a warm, cozy blanket for comfort. After the procedure, we had great follow up care when my son feared he was getting a dry socket (he did not have one). We would definitely see them for any oral surgery in the future.

Hands down, probably one of the best medical treatment experiences I’ve had. The entire staff was absolutely kind and friendly. Everyone went over everything very clearly so that I would understand. They were also patient with me when I did asked questions. This is the first time I ever received treatment for these ailments such dry needling, nerve blocks, trigger injections, and Botox. I was nervous for the needles and injections, however they made everything feel safe and kept me comfortable. As someone with medical trauma, this means the world to me!! Dr. Vatcher was beyond amazing! She was kind, informative, gentle, and funny! The tech, Kaitlyn, was friendly and so supportive! Katie and Devya also rocked with all their help with coordinating everything and helping me with information!
