Don't ever go to this place. Im a new resident in the st cloud area and I was looking forward to get a haircut. Walk in @ 6:03 p.m, the barber on the left side when you walk in told me " if I had an appointment?" and I replied "No" and says WE'RE CLOSED. I looked around about five customers were seating down on the waiting area. The entrance door says " appointment & walking-in are welcome" then again " I wasn't Welcome ". Also, the entrance door didn't display closing hours it only showed the opening hours. I was expecting some type of explanation about their FALSE advertisements but No luck. I felt the barber ran me off the place. very unprofessional greetings.

I walked into this barbershop on Monday 12/22/25 and asked how long the wait would be. The barber told me I was next, so I decided to wait. After waiting a few hours, I asked again for an update and was then told that because I was a walk-in, I had to wait until all appointments were done. That was never explained upfront. There was no clear estimate, no communication, and no transparency. If walk-ins are expected to wait indefinitely behind appointments, that should be clearly stated from the beginning so customers can decide whether to stay or leave. I ended up leaving because my time was not respected. Poor communication and misleading information.

Great barbershop! I moved to St. Cloud last Fall and was looking for an excellent barber and barbershop and I found both! The shop is welcoming and looks both traditional and modern at the same time. Very clean. Great service and setup. And my barber there, Luis Berniez, does a consistently excellent job. He's quick but thorough, and always has a smile. I highly recommend going there.

If I could give more than 5 stars I wouldx10! We moved down to Florida in 2020 from ny, this was the second barber shop we found after not liking the first one we went to. It started with my oldest son who is now almost 12, we were introduced to LUIS B. We have not gone anywhere else but here, and I cannot imagine seeing anyone else at any other location. Today we walked in for the youngest son, 4 for his FIRST haircut. LUIS B, is and had always been professional, kind, courteous, and a family man himself so I knew he was the right man to do the job… I could not imagine trusting anyone else. Any new comers, Luis b is your guy… you will NOT be disappointed! Thank you Luis for being the best barber for my boys🙏🏻💜

Don't waste your time here. They take 2 hours to cut 1 persons hair and are afraid to cut for walk ins. While waiting I noticed very unsanitary conditions such as roaches and not cleaning equipment between cuts. Decided to leave
