Classical Concepts Salon and Spa

Brad has been styling my hair for over a decade. I first started seeing him at Classical Concepts, followed him around town to his own salon, and now back to Classical Concepts. And I would continue to follow him anywhere! I consistently receive compliments on my highlights, even months after my hair has been colored. Brad is an expert in his field and knows just how to color and cut a style so it looks good initially, but has longevity as well. I love that Classical Concepts is an Aveda salon. I leave feeling and smelling fresh, but not in a strong, perfuming kind of way. I’m sure all the stylists at Classical Concepts are wonderful, but I will never book with anyone but Brad. I have extremely fine but THICK hair. I struggle to find a hairstylist who can alleviate the weight tastefully. Brad Rubin was recommended to me to help manage the thickness with a cute textured shag. Joanne, his assistant, welcomed me warmly, shampooing the ultra thick mane I came in with. In the past stylists even struggle to rinse my hair fully since it’s so thick! I was impressed and grateful. Brad listened to my needs, asked questions, made suggestions using his expertise. They directed me through the whole process and I knew I came to the right place! Thanks so much guys, cannot wait for my next visit.

Emily is an incredibly talented stylist! I’ve never felt more comfortable during a Brazilian blowout—she’s beyond lovely, truly dedicated to her craft, and somehow manages to provide the full spa relaxation vibe throughout the entire process. I’ve gotten the treatment with her twice now, and the compliments that follow are endless. Every visit has been such a joy. I’m also so grateful for Tammie’s warm welcome and expertise since my very first cut and blowout with her. Bradley has been doing my hair for 15 years and I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else. He does my cuts, color retouches, highlights, and/or whole head color depending on my mood and the season. I book with him every 6 weeks. He’s very experienced & highly trained and I appreciate that he regularly attends cut & color classes in order to stay up-to-date on his craft and to learn new things. I always leave the salon feeling very relaxed and beautiful.
