Classic Shaving

This company is a scam. I would not buy anything from them ever again. They didn't send me all my stuff and will not return my calls or my emails will not even chat with me don't buy anything from this place from the first picture is what I was supposed to get. The second picture is what I got. We will not return calls he only comments on people that give him a good review Other than that he will not talk to you at all Completely worthless people this guy can ruin a wet dream lol and he did not sharpen the blade professionally sharp. He just sent it out factory sharp. So he stole all the money that I spent on wanting that sharp, the extras I bought. He just stole all the money.

I tried to use their website to inquire about my order, their AI system says it was unable to detect an order with my email or the order number that was emailed to me, I attempted to call their phone number which doesn’t ring and only gets disconnected. There’s no way to actually speak to anyone and they refused to respond to emails.

Order number 26188 This company made a packing mistake and only sent 1 bottle of cologne when I paid for 3. I emailed with photos of the size box I received it in and all the items included, it would have been physically impossible to fit 2 more bottles in the box size I received. Emailed 12/24 as this ruined two of the Christmas presents I had planned. Still no reply from customer service 1/7/22 VM message on company phone number listed says they will not take calls due to COVID and only respond to email. Very disappointed.

So, I will say this, I got what I ordered and it was great. However, a day or 2 after I placed the order my tracking number said it was canceled, so I freaked out and emailed customer service, no response. Started searching and found these Google reviews, once again freaked out thinking I got scammed. Called the number and zero answer because of “covid”. Started to think this place was fake. Well today 12AUG2024 I got my order in afew days, I placed the order on 08AUG2024 which was great. You guys have good products, good presentation, but customer service wise, its on the low end. I believe I am rating fairly, good product, fast shipping, but customer service just isn’t there and the tracking issue was a big scare.

Classic Shaving is one of the very few businesses I actually enjoy doing business with. Their store is stocked with quality products, many made in the USA. Not only that, but the prices are very low. Classic Shaving is also very fast. My orders were processed and shipped in less than 24 hours. The customer support is also great. Friendly and fast help with any questions. On a personal level, I went from shelf products to learning to shave with a safety razor and soap. It is saving me around $25/month. Getting a real shave not only feels good on my face, it saves my money for the important things in life. Like going on dates and buying new power tools!
