I feel so lucky to have come across Refined Aesthetics! I’m from New Mexico and I desperately needed help getting some stitches out from my face while I was visiting Idaho. They were INCREDIBLY welcoming even though im a not considered a customer of theirs. I called multiple places (and dermatologists), none would help me because “I wasn’t a patient”. Sure, I could have gone to urgent care but you risk time, money and the stitches were on my face. I needed someone to be gentle. I expressed my concern and urgency and they catered to it in the most professional (and happy) manner. I didn’t feel ONE TUG as she carefully removed multiple tiny stitches! I had gone to another Med Spa out of town to get Botox and I needed a touch up locally. When I reached out and explained what I needed, Bri indicated she would be happy to schedule me. I was a little surprised she said yes, since it was such a small amount. I went and got the touch up, Bri is absolutely incredible and knowledgeable, as is the entire group. Refined Aesthetics is an amazing Med Spa where they are professional yet also inviting. I have another procedure scheduled next week and I have referred two friends. If you are tired of the high pressure sales tactics that some Med Spas engage in, both in product and procedures and want a knowledgeable and professional team this is the place to go. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

I give it a 2 because the people there are nice, but here’s my experience. I’ll keep this short, I’ve gone in for lip filler, c02 laser treatment, Botox lip flip and DAO and my mother has had microblade for the eye brows. Each of these PAINFUL procedures had to be done twice because they did not work at all the first time. My mother’s brows are still noticeably uneven and I was told that my lip flip didn’t work because I was just “not a good candidate for it”. How can Botox not work? Either way, I thanked them and vowed never to return. I think with the amount of money I’ve spent there and the underwhelming results I’ve had, it at least deserves an honest review.

I just returned to town and called Refined Aesthetics as a new patient, hoping to schedule a laser treatment for age spots and rosacea. To my surprise and delight, they were able to get me in the very next day! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, instantly putting me at ease. Since it was my first time getting this type of treatment, I was a little nervous—but the specialist performing the procedure was so kind, confident, and reassuring. She made me feel completely comfortable and excited about the results. I’m now eagerly looking forward to seeing the full effect in the coming weeks! Even though Botox sits somewhere between healthcare and hospitality, the tip prompt on the card machine (I think it stared at 20%) felt unprofessional and inappropriate. This is a medical service, and patients shouldn’t be pressured into tipping. I came once with my mother-in-law and we won’t be back. Please adjust your card reader so clients don’t feel exploited in a medical setting. Kind of gross
