Desi at Papillon is an amazing hair and beauty artist. I sent her a few pictures before my appointment and she used those to inform me what would work with my hair type and previous color. I really appreciated how well she communicated throughout the appointment and let me know everything that she was doing and checked in to make sure that I was satisfied with each step in my cut and color process. Highly recommend!

It takes a lot of trust in a lash artist to not only make sure you are getting clean, quality work, but that you feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend her for any of your lash needs. Just had a lash lift and tint from Katey and I couldn't be happier! I had them done last year at another place in Sandpoint and was so disappointed because I didn't notice a difference. I immediately noticed how long they looked after Katey did them. She is the owner and did an amazing job. She is super sweet and makes you feel so comfortable.
