City Nails

I read the reviews and almost didn't give this shop a try but it was close to my house and I figured I would try them for myself. I'm glad I did! She did a great job and was very time efficient and gave me exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. Will be back again for sure!

I’m really disappointed in this place. I’ve been 4 times since they opened and I continued giving them a chance. My first experience was good, but the SNS I received at my next three visits have all broken before two weeks have passed. I can usually get three weeks out of my SNS nails. I had my nails done 11 days ago and I have already had two break, and several others are cracked underneath (see photo). I don’t know what they are doing differently, but I have never had this much trouble with SNS at any other salon. I will not be back. EDIT: Make that THREE nails broken in just 12 DAYS!!! No

We stopped in for 2 pedicures and had the loveliest visit with Phong and Hai! Reasonable prices, comfy massage chairs, and two lovely pedicures. Loved that it was low key and friendly. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!

Paid almost $60 (including polish removal and tip) for a lazily completed gel pedicure. Some of the nails were cut crooked, polish was applied poorly, and excess was not cleaned well from the cuticle. I was the only person in the shop during my service, so there was no need to rush through and be careless. I will not be returning.

Just had a wonderful mani/pedi at City Nails. This small shop is part of what makes West Asheville businesses great! Because it is a mom ‘n pop, I’d suggest calling ahead. I had a fabulous dip removal and reset and the #3 pedicure. Phong was extra communicative and just can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was.
