I had such an amazing experience today. From the moment I sat down, Henry made me feel comfortable and completely relaxed. As a service provider myself, I truly appreciate when someone takes the time to give the same level of care that we give to others. The attention to detail, the energy, and the professionalism were top tier. It’s hard to even find the words to describe how good the experience was. Definitely worth it and I’ll absolutely be back! Offering a beverage would’ve been a cherry on top 😉

First, I am happy with the design. However everything from when I walked into the door was not enjoyable. I made an apt online last night. I included what nail service I wanted, length and shape, and that I would want nail art. When I came in, they didnt know anything about my appointment. I told them I wanted the liquid gel full set and didnt have a preference for who did my nails because I'd never been there before. The man doing my nails started soaking off my Gel X set, I relayed to him everything I'd wanted and showed him the inspo. Right away when he saw the inspo, the green nails with the lillies, he raised his eyebrows and sighed, continued filing off my Gel X set. Today was my first time getting my nails done at this salon. I was a walk in and was seated right away. I had the pleasure of having DK do my nails. He was so nice and welcoming. He made sure my nails were perfect and helped me choose the perfect color for my cat eye design. This is my new spot and I am so happy with my experience, everyone was so nice. I highly recommend DK and this salon.

I’ve tried a lot of different nail salons in Suffolk and Chesapeake, and Nail Spa 2 has officially become my go-to. I see Henry, and he is amazing with both shape and color. He’s precise, detail-oriented, and always makes sure I’m completely happy with my nails before I leave. On top of that, he’s funny and makes the whole experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for a new nail tech, I highly recommend booking with him!

This was my third visit to this salon, and I always request a French tip. However, this time, I was disappointed to find that the nail technician seemed inexperienced. She sat in the back row, left corner, and I couldn’t help but notice that she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. It was evident that she couldn’t even use the drill properly when she started working on my nails. My nails are different shapes, and there was lint and other debris stuck in the polish! I paid the money and left, but this will be my last time coming here. I always book an appointment with the person I want to do my nails because it’s done properly, but that’s never the case.
