I’ve had other services done here but mainly braids - I will say the beautician is very talented but very very unprofessional - she over sleeps or reschedules often and without much notice. Find someone else who is professional and of quality because if you want consistency this isn’t the place for you!

She cut someone dreads off without permission because she was too lazy to take the big braids out and wash the dreads and twist in the new growth called the dreads nasty and unsaveable put hair in cornrolls with a bunch of oil in the scalp then charged $90 for a unwanted service

Moved with Salon owner from Brooklyn to Schenectady New York and I would follow her magic hands anywhere. She does what’s best for your hair individual and doesn’t follow society lack of standards and regular beauty styles. She’s a true cosmetologist and has magic hands that make your hair grow from the time she touches it. While I do go to other stylist, as a master stylist and teacher she trains everyone that works in her salon and the great customer service continues even when she isn’t around. 5 stars.

Ms. D is very nice and professional. She is very experienced and when you ask hair care questions she knows the answer. She offers many hair treatments at a reasonable price. I loved feeling comfortable and not rushed. Really good shop, I would recommend her without a doubt.
