I have been going to Circle of Friends for about 2 years. I have always had the owner, Lisa cut and color my hair. I have asked for the DevaCurl cut and only had my roots colored. One time she colored my roots ORANGE! I called they got me in the next day and fixed it. I figured everyone has an off day once in a while. I noticed that my hair was getting dark and told Lisa that I wanted it lighter and highlights added. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, medium brown with lighter brown highlights. My hair ended up DARKER and MAROON! Some spots were PINK as I had balayage on the ends. I told her it was not what the picture showed and she argued with me! Then she tried to fix it that day. The fix did not work! She charged me over $200!!! As an aside, she was leaving for a cruise

After admiring a co-workers haircut I had asked her who cuts her hair. She told me that she had been going to Lisa for over 20 years. I wear my hair very short but during covid I completely grew out of my current cut. I called Lisa at Circle of Friends and she was able to give me an appointment quickly. I brought a picture of what I was looking for( the picture was a wig, so I was sure I wouldn't get the exact look ) and Lisa started to cut away. I was nervous when I got there but as soon as she started cutting I was convinced that she was going to give me exactly what I was looking for!! She really knows how to use scissors, a razor, and a great communicator and listener. I haven't had this good of a cut in years. I have found my HOME for haircuts. Next, I am trying her skills at
