Man, this really sucks I got a come on here like this, taking so much courage to write this it's overall my biggest insecurity. I went to this spot a few times. I decided to get a pedicure for the first time. You know try something new and treat myself. This was 2 years ago I got this pedicure. I suffered with ingrown nail, granulomas, 10 procedures, 9 rounds of medicine, and the last one being the removal of my nail, all with a massive fungal infection. Now don't get me wrong best quality nails I've had done for my HANDS in Bristol. But the way she handles the tubs is super unsanitary. I've been in pain for 2 years and unfortunately reached the statue of limitations. So the thousands I've spent on medicine and procedures can never be restored. Goodbye my pretty toes.

Kim is an amazing nail artist … she is patient, and kind. She takes her time and ensures you are happy and are leaving with what you asked for - if you’re not happy she will fix it for you until you are. The work she does is very impressive and she has many levels of different types of nails she does as well as pedicures. If you haven’t given her a try I’d certainly recommend her she’s right next to Dunphys and I can guarantee she’ll make you feel right at home. She not only listens but she hears to what it is you want and she strives to give you exactly what it is that you want. Thank you Kim for always doing an amazing job and fitting me in I don’t know how you do it but you do thank you for everything…

Kim is the best! I always get compliments on my nails. She's so friendly & does an amazing job. I travel a half hour just to get them done by her because the travel time is worth it!!! :]
