As a first and ultimately last experience, it was a complete letdown. She nodded as if she was listening, only to disregard every detail I mentioned and cut my hair the way she wanted. What should have been a client focused service quickly turned into a one sided decision. Ignoring a client’s instructions isn’t just careless, it’s unprofessional and unethical.

Terrible experience, I showed a picture with longer hair in the photo. The lady cut most of my length on top and I hate it. This is a day before my trip to Vegas and now I have no confidence due to the hairstylist cutting my hair the way she wanted and not considering what I told her. I am beyond upset. I don’t understand why this place has such a high rating when cutting hair this bad. I regret ever trying your barbershop

Walked in with my 4 year old and they took us within 30 minutes. Super busy which was a good sign. Low key, not fancy. The woman took my son, did a great job. Prices are better than any of the bigger name barber shops and they did a better job. Would highly recommend!

Best barber shop so far in nearby to troy. David is really talented and put all his effort to make haircut look perfect. Thank you for your service David.
