Chroma Hair Salon

I have been to Chrome twice now and it's terrific! It isn't easy to find salon that can provide, as we guys like to say, a great "haircut" and this place really nails it. I have been to Hyde Edwards in Little Italy and the Salon Bella (also in Mission Hills), and Chrome is clearly a cut above both. Hilary is a wonderful stylist. Make sure that you schedule your appointment with her. I haven't tried the other stylists there, and I am sure they are equally excellent. Classy spot.

I've followed my stylist to the salon, and of the salons I've been to, this is my favorite. I ADORE that each stylist has their own room in a remodeled 1920s apartment is charming. And in a great neighborhood if you'd like to walk around, grab a sandwich downstairs, or go a couple blocks over to the nursery.

I think that I would give Lillian a zero of there was that kind of rating. I showed her a picture of what I wanted but she cut it the way that she wanted it and then tried to tell me that it looked good. I would not recommend going to her if you want a hairstylist who will listen. It is still a cute hairstyle but not even close to what I asked for.

Missy is amazing! She always does an awesome job on my color and cut.
