Today I came for nail service.The thin old lady asked me for card before putting the color and I did gave her the card to put the bill and I don’t hav cash so I said if you want you can put in card the tip otherwise I don’t hav option. I know in past too there has been sometime where wi forget to get cash but in general I don’t carry cash. She talked very rudely n said you come everytime n just act like that. She billed me than. I asked her excuse me you don’t have to be rude if I wud not like to tip I wud directly say n not act and you shud not talk to your client that way.She was still saying repeating herself in very rude way and I have to leave after paying and without taking the service. Definitely recommend this place. Brian was very professional and friendly despite it being my first visit. I've got my nails done at many places and I could tell that he knew what he is doing, and he has very good sense when it comes to giving color recommendations and such. The price is also not bad at all. I got pedicures and gel nail and it totaled to less than 80 bucks. My nails ended up looking very sparkly (which I wanted), in a magical color. Blue with a shade of pink that makes it look purple under different lighting. Very happy with the result. Another important aspect I consider is the time it takes for the service. Mani/pedi were rushed. No soaking-just a quick dip in plain water. No lotion at all used. No massage. Just a rushed nail clipping, filing and cuticles. The tech didn't even bother to shake the separated polish before applying, and it was all uneven and streaky. After, the water bowl my hands were in was just dumped out, not washed, and placed back with the others. Gross. Then the tech said "you go now?" immediately after my nails were painted rather than giving them a chance to dry. I was the only client in the whole place, so I'm not sure why she was so rushed. Would not return!

I went here because my usual place isn't open on Mondays and my daughter and I wanted to go somewhere for my birthday. I told the woman doing my services that I was in dire need of a good treatment, as I hadn't had a manicure or pedicure in months, and my cuticles and calluses were in bad shape. The pedicure was your basic job and I left with the same calluses I came in with. She didn't soak my fingers before the manicure and my cuticles weren't properly pushed back and trimmed. The painting with gel polish was done with two coats. More than half the nails were unevenly painted and sloppy. The day after my salon visit, the gel started to chip. I called the salon and told them my problem, and that I needed them redone. Unfortunately, I got the same attendant with the same results. She charg

I dont usually write reviews but I am very disappointed with my first visit. My two 10 year old daughters and I got our nails done on Saturday. While we got in really quick, the three different ladies who did our mani/pedis were not friendly at all. What is the biggest bummer is that I paid $100 + tip for my daughters to get a mani and pedi and the polish chipped off on both their fingers and toes within 48 hours. Not the experience I had hoped for.
