2 weeks ago, I went to Liv for the first time (first google review as well) recommended to Carly. The salon was inviting, the staff friendly and accommodating, and even the patrons were personable. I had been trimming my own hair since 2019, which was uneven, overgrown, and a bit unkempt to be polite. Carly assessed my situation, asked what I wanted and needed, sorted me out, gave me an amazing haircut, and layered it just right. I left feeling great, and it still feels great. Very much look forward to my next appointment.

My daughter and I always have a great experience here. Carly is attentive to small details and is patient with my 7 year old. Carly and Sophia spent over an hour detangling my daughter’s extremely tangled hair (she was recently pretty sick so hair care was not a priority)-I am very grateful! I was a client of Erica’s previously and she is awesome, too. Everyone at the salon is kind and friendly especially Caleb at the front desk!

We experienced great customer service! From the front desk to stylists- so friendly and professional, eager to help:) Also great with kids! Carly was so kind and tweaked my haircut to what I was looking for. Andrea was so sweet with my 6yo and put her at ease and gave her the cutest bob cut!

I have been a client of Carmen’s at LIV Salon for about 3 years now. She is wonderful and takes time before every appointment to consult with me about my experience with the previous cut and color, and what direction I want to take my hair with this visit. She really listens. I am experiencing significant hair thinning and loss so we discuss cuts and styling strategies that will give me the most volume. She does color well and knows how to blend my highlights to create dimension that will help make my hair look fuller. Carmen is also the sweetest person. She is always friendly and easy to talk to. The salon is always immaculate. I have been to salons that are so modernized that they feel dark and cold. LIV Salon exudes warmth and comfort right down to the complimentary sugar cookies

I’ve been to many hairdressers over the years, but I have to tell you Carmen is the best I’ve ever had. She is so talented no one has ever dried my hair as amazing as her!! She is so knowledgeable and even taught me how to dry my hair and colour it when I couldn’t get there to have it done. In the past when I coloured my hair myself one time I ruined it called Cyndy and she gave me all the pointers on how to fix it. I’ve been going there for 10 years. It’s a beautiful, warm, welcoming professional place and I feel like their family. When you walk in there’s coffee and snacks for customers the front desk people are very attentive and friendly. The pricing may be higher than other salons but it’s well worth it you get the best!
