My 2nd session here was great! Brette was awesome!! She made us feel calm, she was thorough in her explanation of what one would experience in the session! My experience in the chamber was great and I feel relaxed but energized at the same time!! The 3 minutes felt amazing, just what my body needed! I would recommend this for my 80 year old grandmother or 18 year old daughter!

I had doubts about Cryotherapy in general and thought it was just one of "those fads". I will take several seats because I was soo wrong! I workout a lot and on top of that I play flag football. My quads and calves were overworked and I was sore everyday. On top of that, I suffer from debilitating chronic pain in which affects my daily life. After my first session, I definitely felt improvement with the soreness and pain. My mood uplifted a bit in which is a big plus! I had a great experience with the one of the staff members, Donalynn. She was such a sweetheart! She was very personable, knowledgeable and good company while I was doing the Cryotherapy session. Give this place a try! The customer service was impeccable and I feel like Cryotherapy can help me get through the days

The people are super friendly and help you get through a somewhat uncomfortable experience quickly and comfortably. The treatments really helped my shoulder issue, and I've never slept so well.
