Charm Nail Salon

I've had many pedicures here and they have always been done reasonably well. My last visit, however, was terrible. The callus removal included removing a layer of skin from an area on the outer edge of my foot. I reacted to the pain and told him what he had done, but he never acknowledged it or apologized. Last visit!

I have only been going for a short time now and find that they are just amazing there. Miss Ashley does my nails and they are amazing every time, I have had to pedicures there and done by two different staff members and loved them both. I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone. We had taken our mother down there to get polish remove before her cancer surgery and didn't have an appoiment but when they found out why we were there they took her right in, so thankful for that. AMAZING PLACE

This nail salon is extremely rude and irresponsible. I asked the price three times before, but they didn't tell me the exact price. When I Prepare for bill, I found that there were a lot of extra charges, First, a woman gave me a foot nail, and then my hand was replaced by a man. Without telling me that I needed a replacement, he called me from the chair to change three positions. When I was at the cash register, I found a protruding object on one of my nails. Then the man called me back and used a file to remove my nail polish, which was very interesting. He didn't repair the gel for me, nor did he use the polished nail polish seal. I went to get acrylic nails done and they had a teenage boy doing my nails, he rushed through the appointment, and I thought hey maybe he knows what he’s doing and has it down pat…. NO. I immediately noticed some of them were crooked but decided to not be knit picky bc I liked the color so much, little did I know that he did far more wrong than just the placement. My improperly cured nail began squishing and Revealing its soft flexible surface by the next day, it smooshed until it eventual ripped open revealing a wet acrylic gel getting all over my hands and furniture!!! It was so disappointing as I was warned not to go to this salon by a friend who also had a bad experience here… I should have listened to the warning and u should too! I just got my nails done here and I am in loveeee!! i waited around 20 ish minutes to get my nails done but the lady got straight to it! she constantly made sure that i liked everything and just the environment of the place was so lovely i felt so comfortable here! would most definitely recommend 🤍
