After 3 months of them screwing up my 4 subscriptions more weeks than not and while their customer service department is STILL trying to correct my accounts and after multiple phone calls and multiple promises that it would he fixed "this time" these jerks sent me to collections for money I don't even owe. No wonder newspapers are going out of business.

Better business bureau will be hearing about this scam maybe they can post a real new acrticle about this joke of a company in USA Today ordered a subscription back in September and still never recieved on paper will be taking a trip to your office with an agent

I'm tired of getting these free papers in my drive. Stop! I don't want them. Neither do my neighbors. They're all over the streets. Just stop!!!

Terrible service-paper not delivered called at 7:30am to tell them, they said would redeliver, at noon still no paper, called again said would redeliver, called at 3:00pm still no paper said to late to redeliver. REALLY!!!
