Charisma for Hair

I've been going here for hair cuts for the last 4 years and Ariel always does a great job and gives good advice for hair care. I'm always happy and feeling refreshed after leaving Charisma. Ellie at the front desk is always so kind as well!

Went to this place because it had five starts. This was the absolute WORST haircut and color I have ever had in my life. My stylist was Nelle. The prices on their website are misleading and I was charged $200 for "balayage" (if you can even classify it as that- look at the horrible pictures) and a god-awful haircut. It was a waste of almost 4 hours of my time and I cried all the way home once I looked in my mirror. Just Awful. For reference, when I walked into Charisma for Hair, my hair length was all the way down my back and it was all a light brown color. I asked for 6 inches off, and long layers. I also asked for balayage highlights. There are patches and spots of blonde randomly thrown on my head. It's a sloppy mess and she obviously had no clue what she was doing. I had made an appoin

I came in with a bad haircut. Two sessions later I have the same bad haircut. Sorry I spent the money when I told her what I wanted. Obviously I didn't get it. Good luck people, won't be going back for a third disappointment.

The front desk lady was very friendly. The lady who cut my hair didn’t appear to be in a good mood. She barely talked to me and didn’t seem interested. The haircut was ok. I saw cut bob haircut pictures on the review and was hoping I could get one of those (but didn’t). The bangs made my eye itchy and red for the rest of the day until I washed it and shortened it myself at home.

This spot is super close to my house and I just love Ariel. She helped me pick my new hairstyle after my mom's passing. Great humans work there!
