I’ve been a customer at this nail shop for over five years, and as a Black woman, I’ve always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The staff are professional, friendly, and consistent in the quality of their work. I want to clarify something that seems to have caused misunderstanding — it’s standard practice here for all customers who choose regular polish to pay before their nails are painted. That’s simply part of their normal process, not discrimination. In my experience, this salon creates a welcoming environment for everyone, and I’ve never seen anyone treated unfairly because of their race. I highly recommend them and will continue to support their business.

Champagne Nell Bar is honestly next level. The place is beautiful the moment you walk in. It is spotless and has a classy, welcoming feel that stands out right away. The customer service is amazing. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure you have a great experience. For the quality you get, the pricing feels more than fair. You walk out feeling completely taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Calming and intimate nail salon. Paula and Jessica and others consistently take care with my old nails to make them look lovely. I’d highly recommend the dip powder. They are so well trained with a wide assortment of colors and styles.

I discovered Champagne Nail Bar about a year and a half ago and have been a regular visitor ever since. It's the best salon I've experienced, not only in Santa Barbara but anywhere else I've been to. It excels in every aspect: quality, service, personnel, and ambiance. The staff are highly professional, friendly, and exceptionally skilled. I'm always met with warm welcomes. The salon's environment is spotlessly clean, hygienic, and elegantly decorated. It has a great vibe, and I'm always offered champagne or water on arrival, a gesture that makes me feel like I'm on vacation. Every technician I've encountered is attentive and meticulous. I got builder gel with extensions and it cost me $88. The guy working on my nails seemed like he was in a rush and when he was using the drill on my nails, he kept brushing up against my skin which hurt and caused both of my pinky fingers to bleed. The skin around some of my fingers are slightly red and inflamed because he kept drilling onto my skin. From afar the nails look fine but when I look closely, I can tell that he didn’t paint the edges of my nails well either. There are spots on the sides that are missing polish as seen in the picture. Overall, I don’t think it was worth the money or the pain to get my nails done here.
