I waited 30min past my appt time for a full body massage. I almost left (should have in hindsight!) Li/Lee didn’t apologize or say one word to me. Took me to the back (of a nail salon) and showed me the tiny space. Pointed for me to cover myself with a rough blanket. Didn’t ask about pressure or injuries. There was a paper towel where my face lays. Suuuper gross/dirty feeling. No music, so you hear the nail salon talking, bathroom, kitchen, street noise. He proceeded to do the exact same movement 30x on one side of my back and 30x on the other side. Quite possibly the weirdest, most uncomfortable massage of my life. I had a foot massage. She puts your feet in warm water and then takes them out and lay back during the footless and it was great. She did. The the girl did a foot massage that made me kind of walk and run better cuz there's a lot of pressure points in the feet so it was great. I'm definitely going back

DONT GO HERE SCAMMERS. I originally booked a 90 minute Swedish massage and I received 60 minutes. They knew exactly what they were doing. The front desk lady still wanted me to tip and I did because I’m a decenr human being but this place is absolutely terrible. She knew she scammed me and thought I didn’t realize. The massage itself was not good. The music would start and kept stopping. It was not a relaxing environment and the massage felt very low effort and some of it was painful. I felt like he didn’t know what he was actually doing. Don’t go here.

The first part of the massage was a little odd — the therapist used a lot of elbows and applied firm pressure directly on my spine, which was uncomfortable and not proper technique. Massage pressure should focus on the muscles alongside the spine, not the bones themselves. The second half, after turning over, was much better and more relaxing. It was a full body massage, although they didn’t massage my feet at all. The staff was friendly, but the tipping process at the end was uncomfortable. They stood nearby watching as I scanned the QR code, wanted to see the tip amount, and even took a photo of my phone showing it — which felt invasive. Because of that experience, I won’t be returning.

Truly one of the worst experience at a spa I have encountered, the older lady kept putting acetone on the cut she made on my cuticle, I asked her repeatedly to stop but she kept laughing, I am hours out and it still burns. Also her work was so terrible I had to go home and redo myself. DO NOT!! under any circumstance go here!
