Nice office space. Elevators are tricky. You have to choose your floor before stepping foot on them. Nice little cafe on the 1st floor with really nice staff. There is a large man made pond with a giant water spout/feature. There’s a deck built next to it and plenty of seating around it to enjoy your lunch. There’s a pretty decent gym available well. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to go to work.

Carlo Calvano has been nothing less than great since we open our new office here. He is a very good member of the property management team. This is a great place to call home for any business in SD.

Great offices to rent or lease. Plenty of parking. Excellent elevator. They even have a small food court. Security is always been a very nice thing.

Our financial advisor/IRA administrator is in this building. Beautiful building inside and outside with pretty good views of Mission Valley. Secured building with limited access elevators, so you feel safe, especially after a late evening meeting.
