Celadon Spa & Salon

I wanted to get my hair done up for my niece's wedding this past weekend. I'm not from DC so I quickly did a Google search and I'm so happy I found Celadon Salon! Bianca was my stylist and she surpassed all my expectations. She took the time to listen to my concerns and ideas. She was extremely personable and professional. I absolutely loved the way she styled my hair. She was so amazing with my hair I also had my makeup done with her. Thank you Bianca for making me look stunning for this special day. This was my first time getting my hair done out of NY and it was a perfect experience.

It was an unpleasant experience the stylist think they don’t need walking or what? .. I had a bad experience with a Spanish guy he’s very rude and treats his assistant poorly even calling her names, like anybody understands Spanish nowadays. If you as a client don’t care about how other are treated, but just your persona this place is for you. But I Stan with hard working women and a respectful environment for them.

Came in for a hairstyle for a black tie gala. I’m from out of town, so I just found Celadon because it was close to my hotel. I was really impressed with everything, from the communicative and accommodating front desk staff, to Miguel, who was the most cheerful person I met in DC. He did a great job on my hair, and I loved how it turned out. Everything was easy and they were all friendly and professional. If I ever need my hair done in DC again, I know where to go.

Very bad experience!!! I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Celadon in February. I made an appointment for a keratin hair treatment. The day I called to make my appointment, I asked for a Spanish-speaking stylist to guide me through the process (my English is not very good). Unfortunately, while the person who treated my hair spoke Spanish, he didn't interact with me at all. I wanted good communication with him so that I could understand the product and the procedure, but he was not communicative. If I had been better informed, I might have decided not to continue the treatment. For the price I paid ($400), I expected better results. I’ve had a couple of amazing facials here with Anna Cowley, and I can’t recommend her enough!
