I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience my 15-year-old daughter had at your establishment. She has been a loyal customer for the past five years, and I was deeply concerned to hear about the service she received during her recent visit. While the technician was cutting her nails, my daughter repeatedly communicated her desire for a slightly longer length. However, the technician informed her that achieving the desired length would incur an additional charge. In response, my daughter inquired about the maximum length possible without incurring extra charges. Despite this, the technician cut her nails significantly shorter than she had anticipated. Love this nail salon! The nail techs are quick and efficient. The owner is very accommodating and friendly; if you don't like something, just let her know and she will make it right. There's a reason they're usually fully booked! Update: Still love this nail salon! I haven't been disappointed yet. Different nail techs do my nails each time, and each one of them does a fantastic job, even when requesting nail art.

I had a very bad experience today. I understand I got there around 6.30 and I asked twice if they had the time to do my nails. The person that came up to meet me said yes.. Since the lady was good with doing my nails she sent me over to another person and asked her to do my nails. That's when the problems started. The girl was very rude to me for the following reasons 1) When she started to take the nail polish off she did it so fast fast that it hurt my nails and I told her it hurts she said to no it shouldn't hurt them she continued and she hurt me again and I told her and she gave me a look like I'm crazy. I have been doing my nails for 20 years and it has never hurt me. 2) after took the polish off she proceeded to put the gel . I asked her should I wash my hand and she said no and gav

I went in on June 27th with an appointment for 2pm and waited 30 minutes and they even took someone that came after me before me. Then when they finally took me they didn’t cut my cuticles or push them back or anything. But I was like as long as the nails look good and last it should be ok. But then 8 days later my acrylic nails are popping off and lifting. I’ve never had acrylic nails that lasted less than 2-3 weeks. I was going to go back for a fill in after 2 weeks originally but after the issues and paying $70 plus tip for the nails not to last 2 weeks, I think I’ll go to another salon
