Yvonne is truly the best in DC! I’ve been going to her for well over a year, and she consistently does an incredible job highlighting my dark hair. What I especially appreciate is her ability to achieve beautiful dimension without using bleach. She really takes the time to work with me to find the technique that’s healthiest and most suitable for my hair. She uses high-quality products, and my hair has never felt dry or damaged the way it has with other stylists in the past. It always looks vibrant, healthy, and natural. She does wonderful work, and I can’t recommend her enough!

OMG! Hava is amazing- check out my before/after photos. Been going to her for years and she always knocks it out of the park. The staff are so lovely/kind- and you just feel so taken care of every time you visit. Hava always goes above and beyond to make her clients feel beautiful, I would keep coming back no matter what city I’m in! Hava is incredible!! I’ve been going to Cavalry religiously everyone three months for about five years — I love it! Hava always knows exactly what my hair needs. I get a Diva cut and either highlights or single-process color, and she always delivers perfection. The salon is so bright and happy and I don’t go anywhere else since I discovered Cavalry ❤️

Yvonne is an artist! I asked for a balayage with reference photos, and she was able to replicate it beautifully while still matching it to my natural hair color. The blowout was also beautiful and my hair felt like silk. I can’t wait to come back, I had an amazing experience!

I've lived in 4 countries and 5 cities...this is the first salon I've visiting in my 30+ years that KNOWS how to work with curly hair!! Yvonne's devacuts are a work of magic and Cindy's finger curl method is equally miraculous. I've been going for months and they even taught me the finger curl method so I could repeat it at home, which I've been doing very successfully. Forever grateful!
