Customer Reviews
We were a group of 4 celebrating a milestone birthday. Great service. The Sauna was a bit long for us, but we just stepped out and went on to the next thing. The changing room was a bit small and there was room gor only about 6 people at a time. The locks on the lockers were finicky for a few people, but all was resolved, just had to be patient. We had the Cascade Ruby Package and it was so great! The atmosphere is just lovely and decorated to feel like you're somewhere else.
This place is the best! The massage was amazing, the reflexology was great, and we did the couples Stay-cation package which allowed for time in the steam room and Himalayan salt sauna which honestly was the icing on the cake. Also, being able to take a shower after a massage, and not leave greasy or oily is so much better than feeling like you have to run home after. Definitely our new spot.
Best spa to get a massage, I went last week since my shoulder and neck were hurting. I’ve get great workouts ever since and no pain at all. Can’t recommend enough.
What a great experience! We did the Diamond spa package as a couple and it was fantastic. They were very accommodating, my wife's flight was delayed a few hours and they were about to get us rescheduled a few hours later.
⭐️ 1/5 – Not worth the money I booked the Diamond Package ($230) and it was a complete waste of time. The experience felt rushed, uncomfortable, and misleading. You start with a steam room that feels suffocating, then move to an exfoliation that’s basically just product slapped on and rinsed off no technique, no care. After that, they apply a clay mask and wrap you tightly in plastic with a heavy blanket. I was wrapped for so long that it triggered anxiety and I had to ask them to remove it early. The facial was a face mask nothing luxurious or worth mentioning. The actual massage was the most disappointing part. There was no real massage technique mostly forearms, a little elbow pressure, and no deep tissue work at all. Hardly any hands-on massage. Overall, the package is padded with
