Carmel Valley Nail Lounge

I’ve been here for a pedicure 3 or 4 times. It was a hit or miss depending on the nail tech. I really like how the pedicure turns out. The salon is clean, calm, and nice. The techs are very kind and sweet. The gel polish always looks great. The down side is that two of the nail techs filed my skin. This is the second time I leave here with cuts. I’m not sure I will come back because I don’t know which nail techs are going to cut me or not. Other than this issue, I really liked this salon.

Amazing! Amy did my nails perfectly. She also helped me decide on color and I loved it. Everyone was so kind. The price was also great for the quality of service :)

I've been coming here for 2-3 years now and it's seriously one of the best salons ever. I try to keep it to myself but its so good I tell everyone. They have drinks if you need one while you relax! And the nail techs are incredibly sweet and SO good at what they do! This will forever be my go to spot!

I don't typically write reviews, but the experience I had at this place a couple of days ago has stayed with me. The person who greeted me was less than pleasant and made it seem like the appointment I had booked was an inconvenience. Additionally, they were incredibly rough with my nails so much so that my fingers are in horrible pain almost three days later. I also noticed they offered drinks and other pleasantries to other guests, but I was not asked about it once. This is not the establishment's fault, but I also felt incredibly uncomfortable by the behavior of some of their other customers toward me, which made my experience there much worse. I was really excited to try this new place because of the reviews and proximity and to recommend it to my friends, but I will not be returning o

This was the best pedicure of my life. They take their time here which is really great except towards the end the manager seemed to be rushing the ladies doing mine and my friends pedicures to finish (probably because they had other appointments -- they were a little late to start ours). This resulted in the actual polish portion of my pedicure to be messed up but to be honest I wasn't really there for that anyways. Overall great experience!
