Dirty Received a pedicure nothing looked sanitized. My feet were NOT smooth when I left I mentioned I was concerned about my heals being rough Her reply was. We don’t do callus removal I don’t have calluses. I just have some rough skin on my heels that they didn’t even smooth.. all products were cheap ! Very Basic

I used to LOVE coming to this place. Unfortunately they are taking way to many people even with booked appointments are asking people to leave mid appointment or come back. Booked an appointment for a full set and pedicure. Asked for a design and was told need to book ANY designs with Jason. I understood, and agreed to just do a solid color matte set. Midway through as he is shaping my nails, says to wait 5 minutes. No communication into why. Then, several employees start continually asking if l could take this set off and come back later. I said no and that it's why l booked an appointment. Apparently the guy doing my nails can't paint a solid color according to the owner, but just did my pedicure?? I now need to wait until someone is available to finish doing my nails, or come back later

After having gone to the same nail tech for over 20 yrs, it was a bit nerve wracking going to another location. After being referred by someone I met while xmas shopping I decided to trust the referral and….Jason at California Nails did not disappoint!!!

The BEST experience I’ve had at a nail salon in Keene. I’m new to the area and tried a few places. California Nails blew me away. The staff is friendly and my nails came out perfect. They were exactly what I asked for. Alice was my nail tech and she is amazing. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Would give more stars if I could!
