First time doing a walk in. I needed some highlighs and cut. Was very nervous. Heather made me feel comfortable and at ease. She did great. Very professional and friendly.

I got a great haircut there on my previous visit, but today was a different story! I had to tell her to cut more and where. I had this chopper before and wasn't impressed. I almost said I would wait. Should have! She charged me $9 for blow drying when I didn't ask. The manager fixed it but said I would pay $90 downtown. Terrible experience. Won't go back.

My daughter and I went for hair cuts because my cousin really liked the cut she got there. My daughter even had a picture for reference. Rosa agreed to cut my daughters hair, and mistakenly, I received a cut at the same time, not being able to watch the cut going on. I will never do that again. The cut was nothing like what my daughter asked for. She chopped her hair so short, we can’t do anything but wait for it to grow. This was totally unacceptable. I added photos of the Hair before, cut requested and what was received. The top should have had some length to it. There was plenty of hair before to work with. If she wasn’t able to do the cut, she should have said so…now I have a crying teenager that is so upset that this is what her hair is going to look like for weeks!

Don’t go here!!!! Terrible I came in the afternoon, cut, color charged 250.00 plus a 40 tip. While the hairdresser (Heather) started to blow dry my hair, they started to close and didn’t even finish drying my hair and said “we are closing”, hair was still wet n never finished. Mind you it’s was just after 5pm. Terrible service and the manager had the nerve to say they couldn’t help me after I called on a later date

I got a great cut! I walked in right at closing. The lady at the front was very charismatic, i left with a smile on my face
