Hi! So…I had a wonderful experience at Burke Williams yesterday evening. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly at the door and checked in with a genuine smile. Trinity (Manager) gave me a helpful tour and made me feel immediately comfortable. Jeff, the healthcare provider, was attentive and thorough, and Whitney (Manager) wrapped everything up seamlessly by helping finalize my treatment plan and getting me enrolled in their monthly program. The entire team was professional, kind, and made the experience feel truly elevated. I’m grateful—and I’ll definitely be back for monthly visits! ✨🧖🏾‍♀️💆🏾‍♀️

I visited Burke Williams on January 4, 2025, and brought my mom and aunt to celebrate my mom’s birthday weekend. We booked three 65 minute deep tissue massages. As non-members, we paid approximately $300 per person including tip, so we were expecting a high-quality, relaxing experience. Check-in was pleasant and we were greeted kindly. However, once we began the tour, the spa felt extremely crowded and overstimulating, which was disappointing given the environment Burke Williams is known for. The staff member giving us the tour even apologized for how packed it was. We had difficulty accessing our lockers because so many guests were doing the same at once. Instead of feeling relaxed, it felt chaotic. I brought this up immediately to a manager, but was told the spa was not overbooked. I res

I've been coming to Burke Williams in Torrance for years and even had a membership at one point. Yesterday when I was face down on the table, I was asked if I wanted a deep tissue. I said yes. When I checked out, I discovered that it was an additional $45 add on. The cost isn't as much of an issue as being upsold while in the middle of my service. I had a good massage but the way they went about it felt sleezy and very used car salesman. Even checking out was chaotic and lobby is a total nightmare. This will be my last appointment with them. I'm done.

I wasn't sure where the entrance was upon arrival, until I saw someone walk up the stairs. Lol. There is an elevator on the other side, if stairs don't work for you. As soon as you walk in, you check in. Since it was my first time there, someone showed me around. The atmosphere is calming. Everyone was very pleasant. Arriving an hour early is a good idea, that way you can get changed and enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, quiet room, etc. before your scheduled service(s). They have hot tea, water, juice, and apples. The bathroom and locker rooms are pretty cool and smell wonderful. I booked the Burke Williams Experience, and although it was relaxing, it was more of Swedish massage, and it didn't go deep enough for me. But my masseuse was great.
