Grace was incredible!! I've been having chronic pain in my neck for over a year. I've done chiropractic and PT. It's all been fine, but this massage was what I needed to get me to the other side. I feel a whole lot better. Grace really targeted my problem area. She was great at giving me suggestions for things to do at home and making me comfortable throughout the massage. 10 stars!!

Colleen is MAGIC! Her massages feel so intuitive, healing, therapeutic, and cathartic. Each massage is tailored to what your body needs that day. The pressure is always perfect - with an innate sense of when to lean in and when to back off. Though it IS very relaxing - that is not the only way to describe the work she does. My appointments have released so much tension, provided lasting pain relief, and has left me with way more benefit than any physical therapy appointments I’ve been to. She incorporates cupping which I LOVE and I always feel seen, heard, safe, and peaceful in her space.

Grace was amazing! I have been to other massage therapists and though they knew what they were doing. Boy was I wrong! If you are having muscle issues and need the best, Grace is who you need to go with.

I had a 1 hour deep tissue/sports massage with Grace and she did an amazing job. It was my first time and she was very informative and had clear communication throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this facility and Grace as a masseuse.
