Brow Studio (Threading, Waxing & Lash Extensions)

My first time here and I went in and got a Brow lamination+tint+thread. Everything was great until we got to the brow lamination, mind you this is not my first time doing this. The product that she applied burnt, I thought maybe it was because she threaded my eye brows first. She finally finished and it wasn’t till I seen the final results that I realized she had either cut me or the products she used burnt my skin… this was the worst experience ever now I have to walk around with cuts/burns on my brows 😫😣

I asked if they can do a clean up and if they can try to keep my eyebrows as thick as possible. They over plucked my eyebrows and they are both different shapes. My eyebrows were 2 months grown out. This is the second time they do this. I will not be going back. I expressed how unhappy I was with the result & still payed full price.

I love this place. I started coming here about a year ago there’s two older women that do such a perfect job shaving my eyebrows recently a younger woman started working there in the past few times she has done my eyebrows. She messes up the shape a little bit every time, and then almost bullies me about touching my eyebrows in between appointments, even though I do not. She says that they look messed up even though she’s the last person that touches them and then blames me a reappointment that I come in and they’re still a little messed up. I wish I knew the older women’s names because they do amazing but I hardly ever see them working anymore.

I usually love it here when one of the girls threads my eyebrows for me, she is always there and she did it for me every time. Today she was busy so another girl helped me out with my eyebrow threading and I told her that they are micro-bladed but to still shape them. After she was done, i said that I need more of an arch. She said, with an attitude, I just followed the shape you already have and then she was trying to explain what she did so I said “this is not the first time I get them done and they usually have more of an arch without showing the microblading” It seemed to me like she got offended and didn’t even respond when after she did what I asked, I said that’s it, now they are good. She waxed my eyebrows and it was amazing super quick and they look phenomenal
