I drive from Santa Cruz to get my son's haircut because these guys are the best. Both Danny and Luis are top-notch barbers and very professional. My son always gets lots of compliments that really boost his confidence as a middle schooler. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for clean fades and precision cuts.

House of Blends is the go-to barbershop in Salinas. The vibe is always chill, the shop is clean, and the barbers know exactly what they’re doing. Every cut I’ve gotten here has been sharp and on point — they really take their time to make sure you leave looking fresh. You can tell they take pride in their work, and they actually listen to what you want. Super friendly crew, good music, and solid conversation while you’re in the chair. It’s the kind of spot you actually look forward to going to. If you’re looking for a consistent, clean cut and a great atmosphere, House of Blends won’t disappoint.

Great experience at House of Blends. All the barbers are very talented. They do a great job with walk in’s. Made this my weekly barber shop years ago and I have zero regrets. Thank you Brian for taking care of me on the weekly! Highly recommended.

Brian is the best barber in town ! The man that makes the legend . He has nothing but high in clientele he give you exactly what you want. He knows how to work the blade facial hair beard fades you name it.. I take My grooming very seriously I can always count on him to be there for me He will always Will dedicate time for his clients, no matter what.

Came in for a walk in and this guy took me in. I asked for a drop fade with a V shape in the back and he barely did any consulting or asked for a picture. He told me he would only cut a certain amount off the sides and I agreed but it ended up way shorter than he said. He also gave me somewhat of a crop cut which I never said I wanted that. The other barbers and clients were looking at my hair like there was something wrong as well but he never let me look in the mirror once to see what he was doing. Now I have to grow my hair out for another few months and NOT go to that guy ever again. Also he spent like 20 minutes on the sides and I don’t even see a fade. Complete waste of money.
