If you are looking for a new hair Stylist DO NOT BOOK WITH HER! This chick has a website filled with rules stating to "please be accommodating for any drastic changes to her schedule ", but I was prepared for driving 30 minutes and being told that I have to wait 2 & 1/2 hrs additional hours on top of 4hrs &45mins to get my hair done, and I can come back at 12:30pm. I scheduled my appointment for 10:15am. I'm a single mom and when I schedule for a specific time I should be waiting in a seat for her to finish a client's head or getting worked on. I explained to the woman that my babysitter is unable to watch my daughter for that long and I wanted my deposit back. Excellent experience, Kaurtnei is very professional and well educated on her craft. One of the few who still offer wash with her services. Would definitely recommend her!!!!
