Loyal Customer of Years. Complete Service Failure & Ignored Complaints I have been coming to BonLierre for years and specifically to Brian, whose work I have always valued. Unfortunately my last experience has ended that relationship entirely. On January 31st I came in for a fill. I was quoted $55 over the phone and charged $65 when I arrived. Brian was overbooked and rushed through my service. On February 2nd -- just two days later -- I emailed the salon detailing the rushed service and the overcharge. I never received a response. Within weeks, my pinky nail popped off completely. I returned on February 17th to have it replaced and address the lifting. Brian was dismissive, did not speak to me, rushed through the service, and didn't even brush the powder off my nails before finishing. I

Everything was great! Brian took such gentle care of my nails, put a tip on a broken nail to match the length of the other nails, and did such a beautiful job on this pink cat eye just in time for Valentine's day! I got compliments left and right!! Salon is also relaxing and clean. See you next time!

This is my favorite nail salon in LA. The salon is so clean, and they always pay such great attention to detail. I trust them with my nails every time, and I’m always so impressed with the outcome. You can feel how much they care about you getting what you want, and I really appreciate it. The people that work here are also all incredibly sweet, which makes my time here so much more enjoyable.

BonLierre is a spectacular nail salon with very reasonable prices and incredibly talented nail techs who are truly artists. Everyone was kind, warm, and welcoming, especially the front desk. The salon is clean and newly remodeled with excellent taste. Kim is a STAR! She did a fantastic job with my hard gel fill, and her nail art was super creative...she’s a true artist in every sense. She asked about my preferences and walked me through each step to make sure I was happy. She worked quickly but with great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back here regularly. This place is a hidden gem and I'm so happy that I found it.
