I went on 02/17, a few days before my birthday, and waited four months just to be disappointed. I just wanted a simple light ash brown like I always do. My appointment was from 11:45 to 1:45 and ended around 3pm. When I saw the end result, I was super upset and explained to her that it was patchy everywhere and super brassy right in the front of my face. She was hesitant. I don’t know if it was because I came off bold. She said she could have used two toners. I explained to her that you can’t put toner in till you see the end results, and a lot of hairdressers do two toners. She explained she could fix it, but I had already been there long enough. I love this place! I have had so many horrible past experiences with hair salons and I was so scared to go, after all these years! I got half of my head shaved for the first time in my life with a cut. I got exactly what I wanted! Let me tell you, this place makes you feel comfortable and you won’t be disappointed! They know what they are doing! I will definitely be coming here again when the time comes.

Beautiful place. Melissa takes care of you very well. Gives you what you want and how you want it. She is so educational when it comes to bringing your hair to life. She has helped me save my hair. I recommend everyone here.
