His suggestions are very helpful, and his detailed measurements and knowledge of each muscle are impressive. Once he assesses your muscles, he begins targeted treatment. I have very tight neck and shoulder muscles due to working a high stress desk job, as well as nagging injuries in my legs and lower back from heavy weightlifting. Every time I get a massage from Kyle I feel absolutely rejuvenated, like a brand new person! I’ve seen quite a few different massage therapists over the years, and Kyle is by far the most knowledgeable and effective. Most therapists aren’t able to identify trigger points or provide enough pressure, but Kyle is able to release my knots and alleviate my problem areas easily. He also offers functional assessments (gait analysis, postural assessment, etc.) which I haven’t seen anywhere else. I haven’t tried cupping yet but I plan to. I see him at least once a month and it’s been a worthwhile investment to my health and well being.

Kyle did a lot more assessing than k had anticipated, but it definitely shows he wanted to find the roots of my issues. I went for shoulder/lat pain while doing pull ups and he not only addressed that but found issues in my quads and calf muscles that he also worked on. Will be back for sure.
