Not only does she address my physical issues through massage, but she also suggests protocols to try at home between appointments. At each visit, she inquires about current condition (such as pain, kinks, knots) and muscles that need extra work. Additionally, while you can purchase some supplements through her, she never comes across as trying to hard sell them or forces you to buy them. Rather, if you have done your research and discuss wanting to try a certain kind, she may be able to accommodate, giving you the confidence that you are buying a quality, tested brand--not a brand you think you are getting cheaper off Amazon, which are likely to be counterfeit and full of fillers. She is very accommodating to your needs so what ever you want she will do. A relaxing massage to getting all your tight spots out! I HIGHLY recommend her!! You wont be disappointed. She is flexible with your schedule and super friendly!
