The experience was 10/10 . The workers were fast in the customer service was grear t the atmosphere was Nice. The aura was great. Remodeling looks amazing.

Staff were great and greeted immediately upon arrival. The location is ok, kind of hard to find but that is out of their control. The atmosphere was definitely not it, it is not a relaxing experience at all. There was no pride in making the place seem appealing to the eye, even the smell was not pleasant. There was no aromatherapy to make one feel calm. As far as the massage, I believe a child could have done a better job. It felt as if lotion was being applied on my skin. I asked several times for pressure to be applied but still, NOTHING. I do believe it’s a language barrier which is understandable but I do believe I should receive what I paid for. Really great experience. I got the 60min combo massage and it was delightful. My first time ever getting a professional massage so I have nothing to compare it to. But the environment was super relaxing with the lighting and music. The masseuse was also really respectful and responsive to my requests. The stretching was also a great addition. Will definitely be back.
