Penny is excellent. I went to her for her full 10 session structural integration and it is very eye opening and changed how my whole body aligned and felt. I knew something was off since I was having chronic pain and tightness for years in my back/neck/shoulders, but she taught me WHY and reset everything and gave me things to implement to keep it from going back. Highly highly recommend. Penny is not only an expert, she is gifted in this area.

I have been going to Penny for a few years now and just finished 10 weeks of Structural Integration. Even though it was a big commitment, I’m so glad I did it! I feel great and the after pictures showed an amazing improvement too.

Penny is an incredible therapist! She is knowledgeable, strong and thoughtful - the perfect combination for structural integration. My son has scoliosis and she has nearly straightened him out, it’s incredible! She’s also wonderful at massage and Qigong. Warning: Once you start working with her, you won’t want to stop!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Penny! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Penny has a very outgoing and personable personality. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the session perfectly to my needs. Penny was able to pin point my areas of pain and tension and worked those areas with a lot of attention and concern. She was very intuitive and aware of where I needed some extra work done. She paid extra attention to my neck and back which have chronic pain as a result of a car accident. The massage itself was incredible. Penny has one strong set of hands and is able to go quite deep and was so effective in relieving my tension. I walked out feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely stress-free. Penny is knowledgeable , supportive, & wonderful. She helps in more ways than one. I was scheduled to have a hip surgery for a tear in the labrum(MRI confirmed) of my hip. I decided to try structural integration before having surgery and I’m so glad I did. I no longer have hip or back pain. My hip feels the best it has in years. Overall, I feel balanced and aligned and no longer feel uncomfortable when walking. Not only did it help physically, but it also helped me to process emotions that I store in my body. Very grateful for this experience and the ability to feel lighter, aligned, & surgery free.
