Body Realm Center - Advanced Massage Therapy

I recently had a 90 minute sports massage with Qiana at Body Realm Center and it was phenomenal. I know Qiana through Evolve Training Center where she’s a black belt, so she truly understands the demands that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu puts on the body. As a fellow BJJ practitioner, I deal with constant tightness in my traps, shoulders, and legs. She immediately identified the problem areas without me having to over explain and worked through them with precision and care. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and intuitive she is. She did not just work on the pain, she explained what was going on and gave me specific stretches and mobility work I can use between training sessions. That education piece made a huge difference. Had to write a review for Qiana because as much as I want to gate keep her to myself, EVERYONE needs her! If you are looking for a massage where you need serious help but don't want to be hurt on the table, someone who's knowledgeable and actually cares about your body? You've found the place. She also offers scraping and cupping! The studio is clean, simple, calming. Qiana is so chill, you really feel the zen energy flow which is so important. I also love that she's an athlete so she understands an active body, the struggles and what we need. Let's just say after 2 sessions, I booked myself in for the entire year! Stop wasting time and money at the spas or the "massage place" Go get your moneys worth and promise, you will walk out a new body!

I've gone here for 3 sports massages now from Reggie and I can't recommend this place enough. He is very thoughtful and communicative about how he approaches the session and has been great about identifying areas that are tight/need more attention/better mobility.
