Body Balance

I saw Jenny today for my first time at Body Balance. The facility is beautiful and between the strategic lighting, the calming music and the aromatherapy scent, when you walk in here you know you are coming to a place to relax, which was exactly what I needed. The place is beautiful, clean, friendly and calming. Jenny was incredibly professional and kind. I felt safe, cozy and very well taken care of! Before we started she asked if I had any areas of concern and she gave special attention to my problem areas while still providing a whole body experience. I only did an hour massage today but it was nice to look in the mirror after and see complete relaxation reflected back. It's been awhile. Thank you for your time! Will definitely be back to try our some of the other awesome amenities.

Wow! This was our first time here for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was absolutely amazing. We started with a couples massage and then did the Relaxation Overload. We didn’t want to leave and go back to reality! Unfortunately, we had to cut our visit short due to a work emergency, but we already can’t wait to come back. We left feeling so refreshed, wonderful experience.

The atmosphere when you walk into Body Balance is very relaxing and calming to start, and everyone there is kind and welcoming. I had a massage with Caitlin K. and it was truly the best massage I've ever had. She made sure I was comfortable, and took the time to focus on my problem areas. It was the first massage I've ever had where I felt I could FULLY melt into relaxation.

If you are someone looking to have full body and mind relaxation , Melissa is your girl. I already booked another massage for January it's now a monthly must.

This was my first time here. The spa is beautifully decorated and calming. Nicole was my masseuse and like I told her, it was the best massage I ever had in my life. I got a therapeutic massage and it was perfection. She worked every part of my body and spent the extra time on my areas that needed more work. I had the 90 minute massage. I am visiting from South Carolina and have had many massages in many different places. I highly recommend you ask for Nicole!
