Sue (Store Manager), Jean (Assistant Store Manager), & Lily at the Killingly Commons store in Dayville, CT, were all very pleasant & helpful when we were there shopping. I had such a great experience at Bath & Body Works recently thanks to a wonderful associate named Lily charlwood She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the products. I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for, but she took the time to ask me questions and recommend a few scents based on what I liked She even helped me find some great deals I would have missed otherwise, also made the whole shopping experience super easy and enjoyable. You could really tell she cared about helping customers and making sure they left happy. Great service like that makes all the difference thank you again for your help! I’ll definitely be back 10/10 experience!!!

I had a wonderful time shopping in the store today. I wasn’t sure what I wanted when I walked in, but one of the staff members, Kaylee told me about a candle sale going on and recommended me some of her favorites and I ended up leaving with 4 new candles. She was very friendly and made my shopping experience a lot easier. Will be shopping there again!!

I came in today just to grab some stuff for myself, and had do my two girls with me. Any parent in the world knows how difficult it can be to shop with two little ones under the age of eight, but I am so grateful for all the help I got in this store!!! Not only were they knowledgeable and kind, Julie and Jean went so far past above and beyond!! Between helping me make sure that I got the correct deals on my purchases, and explaining to me how to do an exchange on prior purchases, they made shopping so easy for once. They were great with my eldest daughter as well. They helped her find a new scent that is her absolute favorite, and walked her around the store while I continued to shop and handle my one year old.
