Body and Mind with La Nissa

I’ve been going to Body and Mind with LaNissa for years now and I truly can’t recommend LaNissa enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to listen to what your body needs each session. Every massage feels customized, whether I’m dealing with stress, tension, or specific problem areas, she always knows exactly how to help. Her space is welcoming and relaxing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ long-term wellness, not just the appointment in front of her. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally. On top of that, her rates are very reasonable for the quality of care she provides. If you’re looking for someone who is both skilled and compassionate, LaNissa is the one to see. Highly recommend!

Just love my time with La Nissa. Her massage therapy has helped me through some “not-so-good” times both mentally and physically. I am always more relaxed and flexible when leaving her office. She’s one of the best!
