A little out of the way but I am so happy I came here! Jeff C is outstanding! He not only took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, he was patient, super nice, non judgmental and VERY affordable. I waked out with exactly the cut and color I wanted. I learned that he is incredibly experienced and it shows in his work. I have yet to find anyone in the PDX area that does a better job than Jeff. I also loved that he was full of suggestions for styles and colors that would look good on me. I’ve yet to meet anyone more dedicated than Jeff. He loves his job and clientele and it shows. He’s amazing.

I am posting this to protect future tears of women paying a salon to make them feel better but leaving feeling taken advantage of. I have tried resolving this issue through private channels and received “oh” as a response from the salon and a day later they offered me a $40 on a $280 disaster. Firstly, I want to warn any current/potential clients of Jeff Caylor. I urge you not to waste your time and money on this salon or “stylist”. His unprofessionalism and lack of concern for a completely botched color and cut demonstrates lack of customer service and common courtesy. Offering a $40 refund on a $130 color/cut is an insult. I had to spend $150 and had to have nearly a foot of hair cut off just to fix the damage Jeff Callor did to my hair. I went in with blond long hair and wanted to da
